The newest page focuses on lebrets with the round green gems in them. Those are the jewelry pieces that you see beneath the lip but above the chin. Often, they are little studs to decorate the face.
The emerald cabochon labret tends to be more expensive, but it does a nice job decorating while maintaining its subtlety, something not all things bought from the jewelry store can boast.
